Our Leadership Team

President

Our President started his career in business and for 20 years he served in leadership roles at a Fortune 100 company. He then founded two companies: a strategic planning and project practice serving very large companies, and an IT outsourcing company serving mid-sized organizations. Later he joined a global ministry as the Regional Director. In this role he traveled to South Asia six times a year as he oversaw the evangelism and church planting operations of teams in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka.

Our President has been actively involved in the evangelical community, serving as a board member/chair of multiple faith-based nonprofits, Bible teacher, prayer counselor, and missions’ leader. His missions work has brought him to eighteen countries on missions affiliated trips. He has a B.S. and M.S. degree and has completed a series of courses at the Advanced Business Institute of Harvard Business School. He is pursuing a Master’s degree in theology and is an ordination candidate.

The Servant Resource Team

We work with a team of individuals who are experts in their field and have years of experience. With each initiative we engage, we create a custom group of professionals based on the individual needs of the project. This process helps ensure cutting edge thought leaders and field experts working on each project. We also have organizational team leaders in each of the areas below.

Planning and Organization: Our planning and organization team leader has over 10 years of professional experience in the U.S. and abroad as a cross-cultural educator and linguist. She has lived and studied on three continents and has traveled throughout Latin America, Europe, and Africa. She has worked as a professor of world languages, as a liaison in several roles for individuals of Latin America, Asia, India, and the Middle East as a translator and a researcher. She has worked for several mission organizations,  over 400 Hispanic churches, and over 1,200 diverse ethnic diaspora churches in the U.S. She has organized public events and has worked in media, television, and film production. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Magna Cum Laude) in Intercultural Studies and Spanish.

Research and Strategy: Our research and strategy team leader has over 30 years of professional research and strategy experience. He has worked with over 1,400 churches/ministries from 69 denominations conducting research in the areas of churches, church planting, world religions, movements, cities, countries, diaspora peoples, and unreached people groups throughout the U.S. and globally. He has organized a number of citywide and city reaching events and partnerships both locally and nationally. He has also taught 26 different college and graduate courses for several colleges and universities over the last 15 years. He holds four degrees: Associate of Arts (A.A. Phi Theta Kappa Honors), Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Magna Cum Laude), Master of Arts in Theological Studies (M.A.T.S.), and a Doctorate of Ministry degree (D. Min.).   

Research and Analytics: Our Research and Analytics team leader started his career in education as a math teacher in one of the most challenging high schools in Texas. After receiving his advanced degrees in education from Harvard University, he conducted research and evaluation for 20 years in multiple capacities. He worked with school districts, universities, states, and the federal government in crafting policies and legislation to more effectively address the educational needs of traditionally underserved populations. As a new believer, he is privileged that God has placed him in a position to apply the benefits of his past experiences to building His Kingdom.

Operations and Management: Our operations and management team leader has over 30 years as a business leader, executive and manager, including various regional management roles at multiple Fortune 200 companies. In addition to his experience as a leader and profit center manager he has extensive experience in coaching, leadership development, and team building. He holds a Master of Science in Insurance Management (M.S.I.M) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (B.S.). He is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker. He has volunteered as a teacher, trainer, and consultant for various mission organizations, and has experience training church leaders and teaching in various local and global ministries, including those in Africa and Southeast Asia.

Finance and Operations: Our finance team leader is a strategically minded, values-based leader with over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting, operations, and continuous organizational improvement. He has expertise in, and a passion for, financial strategy and analysis, budgeting, accounting, process improvement, and system implementation. He holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Art in Accounting (B.A.), and has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He has worked in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, ranging from start-ups to over 700 employees, with budgets of $100K to over $70M. He has overseen and led small and large teams through financial and operational efforts at each level of an organization.

Development and Communications: Our development and communications team leader is a dedicated and driven leader with 20 years of experience in fundraising, program development, organizational development, and communications with nonprofit organizations. She specializes in building effective fundraising programs, crafting a story and case for support, messaging, program development, and evaluation. She is a strategic big picture thinker and understands the technical details of day-to-day operations, having been a one-person shop as well as managed large teams. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational/Industrial Psychology and Program Evaluation (M.S.), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (B.S.).
